key redeem error

token failed error code when redeeming key,
apon putting key in again it says key in use, figure all is well,
try to go to https://intelligent-aiming.xyz/forum/index.php?threads/how-to-inject-properly.7/

says i dont have permissions, others have posted same issue clearly this is a ongoing issue,
any ideas?
